Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly progress reports.
  • Maintain the project documentation repository, including PPrISA versions, meeting minutes, and test reports.
  • Track the progress of implementation activities and monitor issues using the project management system.
  • Provide supporting data for risk analysis and mitigation planning.
  • Support internal audits and project quality assurance activities.
  • Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and communication activities between internal teams and the client.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in ICT, Computer Science, or Project Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ICT project administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and disciplined in document control
