Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Maintain the project documentation repository, including PPrISA versions, meeting minutes, and test reports.
- Track the progress of implementation activities and monitor issues using the project management system.
- Provide supporting data for risk analysis and mitigation planning.
- Support internal audits and project quality assurance activities.
- Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and communication activities between internal teams and the client.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in ICT, Computer Science, or Project Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ICT project administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and disciplined in document control
