8 clear steps from application to your first day. 

Apply for the Role

Candidates may apply for available vacancies by submitting their updated resume through the application link, email or recruitment platform provided.

Application Screening

Our HR team will review the application based on job requirements, qualifications, experience and suitability for the role.

Shortlisting

Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by HR for the next stage of the recruitment process. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements may be invited for an interview session.

Interview Session

Candidates will attend an interview with HR and/or the hiring department. This session allows us to understand the candidate’s experience, skills, career goals and suitability for the position.

Assessment / Second Interview

For selected positions, candidates may be required to attend a second interview, technical assessment, written test or task-based evaluation depending on the role applied.

Final Selection

The hiring team will review the candidate’s overall performance, experience, technical capability and organisational fit before making the final selection.

Job Offer

Successful candidates will be contacted by HR and provided with an employment offer, including the position, reporting date, salary package and other relevant employment details.

Onboarding

Once the offer is accepted, the candidate will go through the onboarding process to prepare for their first day and officially join our team.
