We are committed to integrating risk management into governance, planning, operations, projects, change, and improvement activities. This includes identifying, assessing, treating, monitoring, reviewing, and communicating risks and opportunities that may affect our objectives, services, stakeholders, obligations, and reputation. We promote accountability and ownership at relevant levels of the organization and support timely escalation of significant matters that require attention.
Through this approach, we aim to strengthen organizational awareness, support informed decisions, protect value, and continually improve the effectiveness of our risk management framework and practices.

10 Creative Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is committed to conducting business ethically, lawfully, fairly, and with integrity. We do not tolerate bribery or corruption in any form, whether direct or indirect. We believe trust is earned through honest conduct, transparent dealings, and decisions that are guided by principle rather than improper influence.
We are committed to complying with applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws and requirements, maintaining proportionate and risk-based anti-bribery controls, and promoting a culture where integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct are expected in all business relationships. We encourage concerns to be raised in good faith, or on the basis of a reasonable belief, in confidence and without fear of retaliation. We also maintain an anti-bribery function with appropriate authority, independence, and access to top management to support oversight of our anti-bribery management system.
Any breach of this policy may result in disciplinary, contractual, legal, or other appropriate action. By standing firmly against bribery and corruption, we protect our people, our reputation, our stakeholders, and the integrity of the markets and communities in which we operate.

10 Creative Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is committed to the responsible, secure, lawful, and beneficial use of Artificial Intelligence in a manner that is appropriate to the purpose of the organization and supportive of trusted innovation, sound governance, and sustainable business performance.
We believe AI should serve people, support good decision-making, and create value without compromising fairness, safety, privacy, security, accountability, or human dignity. In carrying out our business, we are committed to designing, developing, acquiring, configuring, deploying, using, and monitoring AI systems responsibly and in a way that supports human benefit, builds trust, and reflects the needs of customers, employees, partners, regulators, and the wider community.
To give effect to this commitment, we are committed to:
- using AI in compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, ethical, and other requirements relevant to our activities, services, sectors, and jurisdictions;
- applying a risk-based and proportionate approach to AI governance, including appropriate assessment, approval, monitoring, review, and control over AI-related risks and opportunities;
- promoting fairness and taking reasonable steps to reduce inappropriate bias, discrimination, or harmful outcomes in AI-assisted processes and decisions;
- supporting reliability, safety, security, and appropriate human control so that AI systems perform as intended and are subject to suitable oversight, intervention, escalation, and review;
- protecting privacy, personal data, confidential information, and other sensitive information throughout the AI lifecycle through appropriate organizational and technical safeguards;
- promoting inclusiveness, accessibility, and responsible design so that AI use takes account of different users, contexts, and affected parties where relevant;
- supporting transparency and responsible communication about AI use where appropriate, including clear governance over intended purpose, limitations, human oversight, and accountability;
- ensuring that responsibility for AI-related decisions, actions, outputs, and impacts is appropriately assigned and managed; and
- continually improving our AI management practices, controls, competence, awareness, and governance arrangements as technology, risk, stakeholder expectations, and applicable requirements evolve.
Where AI systems are sourced from or supported by third parties, 10 Creative Solutions Sdn. Bhd. expects appropriate standards of governance, security, privacy, reliability, and responsible conduct to be applied in line with the intended use and level of risk.
This policy applies to AI systems and AI-enabled activities that are developed, procured, configured, deployed, operated, supported, or used by or on behalf of 10 Creative Solutions Sdn. Bhd.
