Training for Key-User, Application,
Network and System Administrator
Scope Of Works
Training for key key-user, application, network and system administrator is a crucial deliverable to ensure all requirements for new ICT continuous training programs can be coordinated and executed in most effective and efficient manner.
01.
Prepare structured training programs including proper content and syllabus at different phases of the project lifecycle for all categories of staff based on their roles and responsibilities. The training plan and the level of training shall be agreed upon by the Government.

Provide certified and experienced trainers

Provide training program which include (where applicable)
- Software application system and its related modules
- Software, hardware, network and telephone system
- Other types of training which may deem required for the project
04.
Prepare the training document and requirement as follows

Conduct the training either in the premise or outside of the premise
06.
Training program to include but not limited to the following:
- Software Application training
- Third Party Software training
- Cabling Infrastructure training
- Network and Telephone System Configuration training
